Prayers from Scripture
Matt 26:39–39; Luke 22:42–42
39 He went forward a little, fell on his face, and prayed, saying, "My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass away from me; nevertheless, not what I desire, but what you desire."
42 saying, "Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done."

7 Ты избрал меня царем народа Твоего и судьею сынов Твоих и дщерей;
10 ниспошли ее от святых небес и от престола славы Твоей ниспошли ее, чтобы она споспешествовала мне в трудах моих, и чтобы я знал, что благоугодно пред Тобою;
11 ибо она все знает и разумеет, и мудро будет руководить меня в делах моих, и сохранит меня в своей славе;
Prov 2:3–6
3 Yes, if you call out for discernment, and lift up your voice for understanding;
4 If you seek her as silver, and search for her as for hidden treasures:
5 then you will understand the fear of the Lord, and find the knowledge of God.
6 For the Lord gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding.
Jas 1:5–5
5 But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him.
4 Show me your ways, Lord. Teach me your paths.
5 Guide me in your truth, and teach me, For you are the God of my salvation, I wait for you all day long.

10 Teach me to do your will, for you are my God. Your Spirit is good. Lead me in the land of uprightness.
Col 1:9–12
9 For this cause, we also, since the day we heard this, do not cease praying and making requests for you, that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding,
10 that you may walk worthily of the Lord, to please him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
11 strengthened with all power, according to the might of his glory, for all endurance and perseverance with joy;
12 giving thanks to the Father, who made you fit to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light;
